How do I change my current billing option?

Answer

To change your recurring credit/debit card billing option, or switch to a game time card for a single game account, please follow these instructions:

1. Log into PlayNC Account Management.
2. Click the Game Accounts link.
3. Locate and click on your game account on the Game Accounts page. 
4. Click the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION link in the Actions section.
   NOTE: You will still be able to play out the remaining paid game time on the account.  
5. Return to the PlayNC Account Management page.
6. Click the Game Accounts link.
7. Relocate and click on your game account on the Game Accounts page.
8. Click the SUBSCRIBE TO GAME link in the Actions section. 
9. You will then be prompted to select a recurring billing or game time card option that best suits your needs.
