To unsubscribe from answer notifications, use the instructions below. Please note that to stop receiving all notifications you should be sure that you have canceled both individual notifications and product/category notifications.
Unsubscribing from individual article notifications
- Log into the My Stuff section of the support site.
- Click the Notifications button.
- From the list, open the article you want to unsubscribe from.
- At the bottom of the article, click Delete Request.
You can also accomplish the same result (after logging into the My Stuff tab) by browsing directly to the article in the Knowledge Base and clicking Delete Request at the bottom of the article.
Unsubscribing from product/category notifications
- Log into the My Stuff section.
- Click the Profile button near the top of the page.
- Near the bottom of the Profile section, you'll find a Product/Category Notification section.
- Highlight the notification you have subscribed to and click the Delete button to the right.
- Click the Save Changes button.
