How do I create my PlayNC master account?

Answer

To create a PlayNC master account, go to the Create PlayNC Account page and follow these instructions:

1. Enter your account name choice in the PlayNC Account field.
   • Your account name must be 5-12 alpha-numeric characters, beginning with a letter.
2. Enter your password choice in the PlayNC Password and Confirm Password fields.
   • Your password must be 8-13 alpha-numeric characters, beginning with a letter and containing at least one number.
   • Your password is case sensitive.
3. In the Password Hint Questions and Answers section, choose two hint questions from the drop-down menus.
4. Enter your answers to your hint questions in the corresponding fields to the right.
   • Your hint answer is case sensitive.
5. Select your date of birth from the drop-down menus in the Birthday section.
   • Make sure you enter your correct date of birth. The customer support teams may request you provide this information in order to receive assistance.
6. Click the NEXT> button.
7. Enter your contact information.
   • Make sure you enter a valid and accessible e-mail address.
   • You are not required to select a gender.
8. Click the NEXT> button.
9. Retrieve your e-mail verification code from the e-mail address you entered on the PlayNC Contact Info page. It may take a few minutes for the code to arrive.
   • If you do not receive the e-mail verification code, you can click the RESEND CODE button to have it sent again.
10. Enter your e-mail verification code in the field provided, then click the VERIFY button.
11. Review your information on the Confirmation Required page. Use the appropriate “Edit” link to correct information as needed.
12. Once you are certain all your contact information is correct, click the CONFIRM button at the bottom of the page.

Once you have completed this process you can  add a game.
