Beta/Pre-order Activation

How do I activate my beta or pre-order game account?

Answer

To activate your beta or pre-order account, please follow the instructions below.

1. Log into PlayNC Account Management.
2. Click the Game Accounts link.
3. Locate and click on your beta/pre-order account in the list on the Game Accounts page.
4. Click the ACTIVATE link in the Actions section of your Game Account Details page.
5. Enter your 20-digit serial code in the fields provided. You do not need to enter spaces or dashes.
6. Click the CONTINUE button.
7. Choose a payment option and enter your billing information.

After completing these steps, you should receive a message letting you know that your account has been activated. You will also receive an e-mail stating the same.

PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend you save the "Game Account Activated!" e-mail sent to you after the initial activation of your game account. That e-mail contains a very important piece of information that we use to verify account ownership. You may need it if you need help with your account later. That specific piece of information is only provided in the e-mail sent after the original activation of your game account. It cannot be resent.
