To create or add your game account you must have a PlayNC master account. If you do not have a PlayNC master account, follow these instructions to create one: 

How do I create my PlayNC master account?

1. Log into PlayNC Account Management.
2. Click the PlayNC Store link.
3. Click on Exteel.
4. Click the Get Now button next to the Exteel description.
5. Click the Get Now button again.
6. Enter your PlayNC master account name into the Game Account field.
   • Your Exteel game account name must match your PlayNC master account name. If it does not, you will receive an error message that states “Account names for this game must match the PlayNC Master Account name.”
7. Enter a game account password in the Password and Confirm Password fields.
8. Click the Create Account button.

After completing these steps, you should receive a message letting you know that you have successfully created your account. You will receive an e-mail confirming your new account creation. After you receive that e-mail, you can follow the instructions for downloading the game, then log into the game and begin playing.

You can only have one Exteel game account per PlayNC master account.
