Possible reasons for a charge on your statement after canceling the billing on your account include:
-
A charge made prior to the cancellation did not post until after the cancellation. The date listed on your credit card statement reflects the date that a transaction posted, which can differ from the date that we actually charged your card. If your bill date occurred shortly before you cancelled, your post date may occur after the cancellation.
-
Your card may be in use on an account other than the account that you cancelled.
-
Your account cancellation may not have completed for some reason.
NOTE: Please do not include your full credit card number, expiration date, or CVV code in your support request.
