Changing a PlayNC Password

Question

I know my current PlayNC password, but I want to change it.

Answer

To change your current PlayNC master account password, follow the instructions below.

1. Log into PlayNC Account Management.
2. Click the Account Profile link.
3. Click the Change PlayNC Master Account Password link. 
4. Enter your new password choice twice in the fields provided in the Account Name and Password section.
   Your new password choice must be 8-13 alpha-numeric characters, beginning with a letter and containing at least one number.
   Be aware that all password fields are case-sensitive.
5. Update your password hint questions and answers in the Password Hint Questions and Answers section.
   Make sure your password hint answers are something only you will know, but can also easily remember. Be aware that the password hint answer field is case-sensitive.
6. Click the UPDATE button.

You should receive an e-mail titled "Password Reset Success" confirming that the password reset was successful. If you do not know your current PlayNC password, please click the link below.
