To change the credit card your game account is billing to, log into PlayNC Account Management and follow the instructions below.
- Click the Billing Summary link.
- Click the CHANGE CARD button in the Credit Card(s) on File section.
- Select your card type from the drop-down menu, followed by the SUBMIT button.
- Enter your new billing information, and then click the SUBMIT button.
You should then receive a message stating, "Your card was successfully updated!"
All game accounts on your PlayNC master account will then bill to the new credit card you entered.
