How can I purchase a serial code or access key from my PlayNC master account?

Answer

To purchase a serial code or access key from your PlayNC master account, log into PlayNC Account Management and follow the instructions below.

1. Click the PlayNC Store link on the PlayNC Account Management page.
2. Select the game for which you wish to purchase a code. You can reveal more options by clicking on the purple title bar for the game you are interested in purchasing.
3. Click the Buy Now button next to the game you wish to purchase.
4. Confirm the game listed is the game you wish to purchase and click the Buy Now button.
5. Please select your method of payment.

When your transaction is complete, you will have the option to create or upgrade an account immediately with the Use code now link. If you do not do so, your new code/key will be available for future use in the Use a Serial Code section or your PlayNC Account Management page.

Once the serial code/access key has been used, you will receive an e-mail containing the serial code/access key that was applied. We strongly recommend keeping this e-mail for your records, as we may request this information for future ownership verification purposes.  

NOTE: All online serial code/access key purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable. This is a digital purchase only and no physical box will be shipped to you.
