You will not be billed at the time of activation if using a valid credit or debit card. Your card will be automatically billed for the first time when your included month of game time expires.

If you choose the PayPal® payment option, you will be billed at the time of activation. PayPal payments are applied immediately and extend the time of your account. If activating a brand new account using PayPal, you will be billed according to the amount of game time you chose to purchase and 1 month of included game time will be added to your account in addition to the time that you purchased. You will not be placed on recurring billing.
