To create a support account, use the following instructions:
- Visit the Support Account Creation Page.
- Enter your e-mail address in all lower case letters, choose a password, and verify the password in the New Account section.
- Enter your first and last name, and e-mail address in the Contact Information section.
- Click the Create Account button.
Once your account is created, you can contact support and log into the My Stuff section using your e-mail address and the password that you chose.
