Lineage II Pricing in the US

Question

How much does Lineage II cost if I live in the US or any other non-European country?

Answer

Lineage II is available at a suggested retail price of $19.99 USD. That price includes the first month of online game play. However, before you can log into the game you must activate the account using a credit or debit card, a valid game time card, or via PayPal®.

Players who wish to pay by credit or debit card will be able to choose from the following recurring billing options*:

  • $14.99 per month
  • 3 months - $41.85 (the equivalent of $13.95 per month)
  • 6 months - $77.70 (the equivalent of $12.95 per month)
  • 12 months - $143.40 (the equivalent of $11.95 per month)

(Example: If you purchase the 6-month plan, your credit card will be charged for $77.70 in one payment. The $12.95 simply shows the average monthly rate and is not the amount you will be billed.)

Billing will begin after the first month of game time has expired.

Players who do not wish to use a credit or debit card can use game time cards, which are available at many North American retailers. Players who wish to pay using game time cards need to purchase a game time card when they purchase the game. Auto Assault, City of Heroes, City of Villains, Lineage II  and generic PlayNC Game Time Cards can be used for Lineage II game accounts.

Players who wish to activate the account using PayPal® will be able to choose from the following purchase options*:

  • 1 month of game time - $14.99
  • 3 months of game time - $41.85 (the equivalent of $13.95 per month)
  • 6 months of game time - $77.70 (the equivalent of $12.95 per month)
  • 12 months of game time - $143.40 (the equivalent of $11.95 per month)

PayPal payments are applied immediately and extend the time of your account. If activating a brand new account using PayPal, you will be billed according to the amount of game time you chose to purchase and 1 month of included game time that came with your purchase will be added to your account as well. You will not be placed on recurring billing.
