Prepaid Cards (NCoin™ Cards) and Bonus Serial Codes

Prepaid cards, such as NCoin Cards, let you purchase in-game currency without having to use a credit or debit card. Bonus serial codes give you additional in-game items for a particular game.

• To redeem an NCoin Card or bonus serial code, log in to your account and select Use a Serial Code.

Game Cards

Game cards let you download a game and play. No credit card required!

• Guild Wars® Game Card: Includes the original Guild Wars game. Does not require monthly subscription or additional time card to play.

Time Cards

NCSOFT prepaid game time cards let you add play time to your games without having to use a credit or debit card. Game time cards are available in 15-, 30-, or 60-day values. Game time cards used for games that are now free to play are translated into appropriate in-game benefits, items, or currency.
